Time to Rehab!

With the current COVID-19 situation calling for social distancing and for us to STAY AT HOME, I have an idea for you…

Now that you’re spending more time at home and have more time for things… why don’t you spend some of that time rehabbing your niggles!

No matter what the injury is, one of the biggest barriers for sticking to exercises prescribed from the physio is ‘no time’… I get it, we’re all (usually) busy.

But guess what, when you do those exercises your physio recommended, you will typically get better 😲 So why not use some of this time at home to restart the exercises or touch base with your physio if you’re not sure where to start.

We don’t have to see you in person to help. We can chat over the phone or via video to help get you back on track. (You can book an online consult with me here.)

And remember to share the love with your physio by tagging them or messaging them showing them you’re taking their advice! A little gratitude sure goes a long way in these tough times.
