Phebe Liston is a physiotherapist from the adventure capital of Australia, Bright (Victoria). Following her love of alpine and action sports, Phebe works with the Australian Cross Country Ski team and is the physiotherapist for Australian Mountain Bike Olympians Rebecca Henderson and Daniel McConnell. She is also highly sought after to provide physiotherapy services to international teams and events.
Phebe is a director of Ovens Valley Physio & Pilates and is also the co-founder, alongside her husband Scott, of the women’s specific therapeutic brand Articfit. She was a semi-finalist in the Australian Women’s Weekly Women of the Future competition and together they’ve won several start-up competitions for Articfit.
Phebe has contributed as an expert opinion for several publications including the Australian Fitness Network and Women’s Health & Fitness. Through the development of her injury guiding chatbot and rehab guides, she hopes to help many more people stay active in the sports they love.
